Google Canada remains the go-to source for brands to find advice for navigating consumers’ ever-evolving expectations. Our Communications team partnered with them on an international pr research study to better understand what’s important to Canadian shoppers today– and what will become critical in the future.

Our Quantitative opinion polls identified parents as a high-opportunity group for brands to attract with timely, relevant digital solutions. In fact, more Canadian parents than those without children express interest in using one-click ordering, mobile payments, and subscription services. 

If brands leverage emerging technology at key moments of parents’ shopping journey, our study suggests they could clinch their status as a lifestyle staple.
