As Manager, Aniké supports the qualitative team in all phases of consumer research, from implementing field work plans to crafting insights in the final report. Aniké finds joy in listening to people; she is passionate about helping individuals feel understood and seen. This inspires her work in helping brands recognize how to capture the true desires and needs of their consumers.
Before Kelton, Aniké graduated from Northwestern University with a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. During her program, she held a summer internship at Under Armor working with the Global Consumer Insights team. She maintained coursework fellowships with The Chicago Tribune and P&G, where she engaged in cultural analysis work and ethnographic interviewing. Before her time at Northwestern, Aniké earned a journalism degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and held an internship at Ketchum, where she was a fellow in their digital practice and created social content, copy-edited, and navigated PR in a digital space.
Aniké was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, so finding all the ways to enjoy sunny LA is her priority when not working. She looks forward to new experiences and considers herself fearlessly willing to try new things!
