As Manager, Quantitative Research, Isabelle supports all stages of research projects, including data analysis, report creation, and project management. She uses data to create actionable insights in order to strengthen the relationship between brand and consumer. Isabelle’s love for people and human interactions combined with her passion for solving complex business challenges drove her to Kelton and fuels her work.
Prior to joining Kelton, Isabelle has had a wide range of internships exploring healthcare, sales, and software. She gained valuable project and client management skills as an intern at AbbVie in Chicago. There, she created a new project management system AbbVie now uses, ensured deliverables were executed on a timely manner, and gained a vast array of storytelling and design thinking skills. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience and a minor in Business. Combined, these experiences gave her a greater understanding of the human experience and spiked her curiosity to learn more. She is excited to grow in her market research and consulting career.
Outside of work, you can find Isabelle traveling to new places and meeting new faces, running (Chicago weather permitting), and scouring out a new coffee shop or dessert spot with family and friends.
