As Associate Director, Experience Innovation & Design Research, Jenna is a problem-solving enthusiast with a passion for design thinking. She guides clients in gaining a deep understanding of complex needs and then directly translates those insights into real-world solutions. Jenna utilizes her natural creativity and prior product development experience to envision disruptive ideas and transform them into tangible opportunities.
Jenna earned her bachelor’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Cornell University. After graduating, she moved from one cold location to another (upstate New York to Minnesota) where she worked as a Product Developer for 3M supporting the Scotch-Brite™ brand. There, she learned the power of human-centered design and how insights-driven innovation can transform industries. Jenna decided to explore this curiosity further by joining Kelton in helping other brands use design thinking to innovate game-changing solutions.
Outside of work, Jenna can be found roaming the streets of New York City in pursuit of the best bagel and lox sandwich. She is a self-proclaimed foodie with a passion for trying wacky fitness classes. She loves traveling, reading mystery books, crock-pot cooking, and finishing Sudoku puzzles in as little time as possible.
