Jennifer Mills

Associate Director, Insights & Strategy, New York

As Associate Director, Insights & Strategy Jen leads a variety of multi-methodological engagements at Kelton, with a specialization in the healthcare and financial industries. She is passionate about unearthing consumer insights and then translating them to a business setting, focusing on how raw research can be most successfully (and realistically) leveraged by her clients.

Prior to Kelton, Jen worked as an Account Executive at Roberts + Langer DDB, spending her time creating brand-building advertising. She helped develop and execute a number of national TV and Print initiatives across a variety of skincare and beauty categories, honing her account management skills. She also has previous work experience as a planner, quantitative analyst and academic research assistant.

Jen is a proud native of Rhode Island and graduate of Boston University (go Terriers!) with a degree in Advertising and concentration in Anthropology. She is a travel enthusiast who spends her free time planning upcoming trips, taking dance classes around the city and cheering on Manchester City FC from across the pond.
