Associate Director, Quantitative Research
As Associate Director of Quantitative Research, Johanna (Josie) manages all phases of research projects, from initial design to deliverable creation and share-out, while collaborating closely with clients throughout the process. Naturally inquisitive, Josie is passionate about uncovering human insights and developing consumer-focused business strategies. She has experience generating actionable, insights-driven solutions for clients across a range of industries, including retail, technology, education, hospitality and entertainment.
Prior to Kelton, Josie worked in marketing analytics at Leo Burnett, where she specialized in CRM strategy, database and digital analytics, and campaign measurement and planning. Before that, she spent several years at a litigation research and consulting firm, where she helped design, manage, and analyze mock trials and focus groups. Josie received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Colgate University, where she also played four years of Division 1 soccer.
In her free time, Josie enjoys playing soccer and being active outdoors. Having lived most of her life in Chicago, she has been enjoying the Los Angeles weather and spending as much time as possible at the beach. She loves to travel and seeks out adventure: from sky diving in Australia, to hang gliding in Brazil, to bungee jumping in New Zealand (twice). She is also an avid Chicago sports fan and a wine tasting enthusiast.
