As a Manager of Quantitative Research, Johanna manages client projects from the initial planning stages to the final report. She handles the logistics on a variety of engagements while keeping our clients informed throughout the process. Naturally inquisitive, Johanna is passionate about uncovering human insights and developing consumer-focused business strategies.
Prior to Kelton, Johanna worked in marketing analytics at Leo Burnett, where she specialized in CRM strategy, database and digital analytics, and campaign measurement and planning. She also spent several years at a litigation research and consulting firm, where she helped design, manage, and analyze mock trials and focus groups. Johanna received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Colgate University, where she also played four years of Division 1 soccer.
In her free time, Johanna enjoys playing soccer and being active outdoors. Having lived most of her life in Chicago, she is excited to explore Los Angeles and spend as much time as possible at the beach. She loves to travel and seeks out adventure: from sky diving in Australia, to bungee jumping in New Zealand, to hang gliding in Brazil. She is also an avid Chicago Bulls fan and a wine tasting enthusiast.
