Magdalena Madrigal

Analyst, Quantitative Research, Chicago

As a Quantitative Research Analyst, Magdalena works through all stages of the project lifecycle to help reveal insightful findings for clients. She is passionate about telling the story behind the data to help clients best engage and connect with their audience.

Prior to Kelton, Magdalena worked with the Illinois and Indiana state legislatures, assisting House Reps and Senators with their bills through research and constituent contact. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and her Masters in Business Administration at Purdue, where she also helped plan campus events to increase student engagement and retention.

Magdalena was born in California and grew up in the suburbs of the Chicagoland Area in IL. Outside of work, she’s the host of her podcast Creating Connections, volunteer at a local studio, serves as the sous chef for Mac Daddy’s Gourmet Mac & Cheese and is part of a nonprofit called Pure Alchemy that’s focused on evolving social infrastructure.
