As a Quantitative Research Senior Analyst, Michelle supports all stages of the research process, including questionnaire development, data analysis, report design, and vendor management. She enjoys diving deep into data and turning numbers into powerful insights that clients can use to fuel future decisions. Michelle’s passion for understanding human behavior combined with her love for strategically communicating data drove her to Kelton and keeps her excited to go to work everyday.
Prior to joining Kelton, Michelle worked in the professional services industry as a corporate digital strategist at Shive-Hattery. During her 3 years at Shive-Hattery, she gained valuable user experience design skills along with project and client management skills. There she designed and launched an updated corporate website that Shive-Hattery now uses, developed newly branded email marketing campaigns, and lead a team of outsourced marketing clients to support the needs of all offices nationwide. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Marketing and International Business with a minor in Italian. These experiences combined gave her an in-depth understanding of the digital user experience and drove her desire to learn more about the human experience offline. She is excited to grow with Kelton and be on the agency side of marketing.
Outside of work, you can find Michelle drinking coffee and connecting with friends or family, attending The Sculpt Society exercise classes, and looking for something new to do in her community.
