Nicole has spent the past 20 years translating insights into marketing opportunities and creative campaigns for globally recognized brands. She has built her career helping global companies like Coca-Cola, Airbnb, Starbucks,
Philip Morris and Kellogg’s rise above headwinds, outmaneuver the competition and earn their place in people’s lives. As Partner, Brand & Marketing Strategy, Nicole leverages Kelton’s suite of data and insights offerings to help companies
understand emotional connections and deliver a stronger brand promise.

Nicole joined Kelton after almost 10 years at Wieden + Kennedy, where she most recently served as Global Group Strategy Director. At W+K, Nicole led deeply strategic partnerships with global industry giants and market disruptors,
conceptualizing and activating on big ideas that drive success. She is proud to have co-led the company’s racial justice efforts internally, creating a positive and lasting effect on company culture. Nicole received both her MA and BA from
University of Wisconsin-Madison.

When she’s not helping to build brands that people can’t live without, Nicole enjoys indoor cycling on her Peloton, going to her son’s baseball games, and playing with her dog (Danny) and cat (Boo).
