As Director of Insights and Strategy, Taylor combines her analytical skills with her intuitive nature to deliver thoughtful insights and analysis across Kelton projects. She collaborates closely with clients from the inception of a project through the final phases to ensure that the research is delivering on business objectives in the most thorough and consistent manner.
Taylor brings to Kelton a background in consumer insights and marketing on both the agency and client side, where the majority of her work focused on the CPG, health and wellness and hospitality industries. This joint experience in agency and corporate marketing arms her with a knack for asking the right questions and telling the most compelling story for her audience. Before coming to Kelton, Taylor led strategic planning efforts at an integrated marketing agency, uncovering consumer insights to inform and develop strategic platforms across all major clients.
Taylor received her MBA from USC Marshall School of Business with a focus on marketing and entrepreneurship. While at USC, she completed an internship with Honest Tea, where she focused on new product development and sustainability efforts while gaining a deep understanding of the beverage and grocery industry. Taylor received her Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley in Political Science.
Raised in a family of self-taught cooks, she can’t help but follow in their footsteps, always making time to prepare and enjoy a good meal and wine. When she’s not working on mastering a new recipe, Taylor can generally be found planning her next travel adventure, exploring LA for diamonds in the rough (culinary and beyond), and eagerly awaiting the Sunday Times.
