Kelton’s Senior Director of Organizational Development & Learning Alison Servi will be hosting a webinar on Tuesday, December 16th from 11 – 12 pm PST on how research professionals can not only uncover great insights to fuel brands, but also apply them to affect change and cause breakthroughs at the organizational and team level.

Her presentation, “Navigating Change: Affecting Organizational Dynamics to Enable Insight Impact,” is part of Women in Research’s (WiRE) webinar series.  Here’s a more detailed description of what Alison’s presentation will cover:

As insight professionals, we focus and commit to uncovering insights that are actionable, truly game changing, and unifying for organizations.  However, Navigating Change is a two part equation: it requires both KNOWING how and why to change and, just as important, having the CAPACITY and ability to change. While many of us have led incredibly successful insight engagements, at times we can be repeatedly disappointed at uncovering great insights that don’t seem to affect change, that don’t break through and unify in the way we intended.  The purpose of this presentation is to consider why and how this is happening, and broaden our own POV on how we might be able to affect dynamics within the organization that enable us to have impact.
