This Monday, April 13, Kelton co-founder Gareth Schweitzer will present, "The Empathetic Way: Effectively Leveraging Empathy Within Your Organization" at the IIR FUSE Conference in Chicago, Illinois.
Kelton is excited to be a part of this year’s FUSE Conference, where the world’s most intriguing brand leaders and provocative designers inspire professionals to ignite brand innovation. On Monday, April 13, at 2:05PM, Gareth Schweitzer, President and Co-Founder of Kelton, will be presenting, “The Empathetic Way: Effectively Leveraging Empathy Within Your Organization.” Much like strategy, big data, and storytelling before it, consumer empathy — and improving corporate connections to the customer — is the subject of a great deal of discussion and debate today. It means there’s a keener focus than ever on how corporate insights teams collect and deliver data than ever before. In this presentation, Gareth will walk through some often forgotten, but always important, fundamentals of creating those empathetic connections between researchers and customers, and then transferring them to marketers and business decision-makers.
