Since joining Kelton in 2008, Servi has demonstrated a tremendous savvy for clients, empathy for colleagues, and knowledge of organizational change — invaluable talents she’ll bring to her new role. Based in Kelton’s Los Angeles office, Servi will now manage Kelton’s operations, sales, marketing, and finance teams.
Formerly serving as Partner, Insights and Strategy, Servi has led many of Kelton’s largest global engagements for high-profile brands. Leveraging research, marketing strategy, and design consulting, she’s helped uncover inspired business solutions that drive growth. A champion of the critical connection between brand strategy and organizational strategy, Servi is an expert navigator of the intersection where external reinvention meets internal change. Today, there’s virtually no area of Kelton Global that Alison doesn’t touch.
