After delivering a detailed customer segmentation, we went a step further by outlining the best communications approach for each group, and testing advertising copy to determine what messaging would work best. We’re grateful that our insights were able to help RetailMeNot to develop their signature tagline, and increase aided brand awareness by 50% year over year.

Our work with RetailMeNot has expanded in line with its reputation, eventually helping the brand to go public with an IPO valued at over 1 Billion USD. We continue to partner with RetailMeNot on key initiatives, informing strategy and tracking brand health as the company cements its place as a go-to source for bargains.
