The Challenge

Ever the customer-centric brand, Sephora wanted to understand which aspects of their loyalty program were most appealing and which benefits would compel shoppers to spend the extra cash to make it to the next programmatic tier.

The Solution

We designed a custom Rewards Simulator for Sephora, capable of finding and evaluating every possible rewards combination based on consumer data.

The Sephora Rewards Simulator identified which combinations were most compelling and most cost effective. In fact, Sephora still uses the simulator to evaluate new ideas for rewards.
