True to its name, Simple is demystifying banking with no hidden fees or brick-and-mortar branches- just an elegant, easy-to-use smartphone app. Despite their fast success, Simple knew that they needed a plan to track brand health and identify new target markets if they wanted to sustain growth for the long term.
We designed a custom brand health tracker for Simple, taking larger cultural considerations into account in addition to measuring key performance indicators. Then, we identified high potential customers, offering direction on the best ways to reach them. Finally we provided the startup with the positioning and messaging recommendations that showed the greatest potential for building brand health moving forward.
