As Associate Director, Experience Innovation & Design Research, Aviva helps clients build meaningful experiences, by understanding their customers’ stories and translating them to actionable opportunities.
Aviva earned her degrees in Marketing and Interactive Media Studies from Miami University. After graduation, she joined Allstate’s Leadership Program where she gained experience in people leadership, UX research, and customer experience strategy. There, she realized the importance and complexity in building a customer-centric organization and joined Kelton to help other brands engrain the customer voice in their strategy and company DNA.
When she’s not at work, you’ll find Aviva scoping out comedy shows in Chicago, riding her bike down the lake shore path, or posted up anywhere mac n’ cheese is served.
