Aviva’s desire to understand human behavior and help others solve hard problems are what drove her to Kelton. As a Senior Qualitative Research Analyst, she supports the qualitative team through all phases of research to deliver insight-driven strategy to clients.
Aviva graduated from Miami University of Ohio with majors in Marketing and Interactive Media Studies. She comes to Kelton with a diverse background with Allstate. First, as a UX Research intern and later as part of Allstate’s Leadership Development Program, where she worked in communications, project management, and customer experience. While in customer experience, Aviva partnered closely with UX research and design partners, which reaffirmed her curiosity for understanding the ‘why’ of consumer behavior.
When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find Aviva scoping out comedy shows in Chicago, riding her bike down the lake shore path, or posted up anywhere mac n’ cheese is served.
