Doug is a seasoned custom research expert who loves figuring out why people do what they do and using that knowledge to help brands deepen their connection with customers.
Doug brings over 25 years of consulting and marketing experience to Kelton. Previously, Doug ran the US qualitative practice at Clear, an M&C Saatchi agency, and was a partner at CM&B, an insights firm specializing in media and pharmaceuticals. Before that, he was a management consultant with Accenture’s Strategic Services group, and started his career at Information Resources, Inc. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Doug has moderated thousands of qualitative sessions across a wide range of industries, including pharma, apparel, retail, CPG, sports management, hospitality, financial services, and media.
Doug has always been drawn to new experiences and the outdoors. An avid backpacker and cyclist, he is always game to discover a new place to hike or ride.
