As Vice President, Insights & Strategy, Kathryn combines her curiosity for understanding human irrationality with a love of storytelling to uncover powerful insights-driven strategies. Specializing in healthcare research, Kathryn is passionate about leveraging academically inspired research approaches to improve the lives of patients, caretakers and healthcare providers. Blending perspectives from linguistics, semiotics and behavioral economics, she is always looking for innovative ways to connect with consumers more deeply and honestly.
Prior to joining Kelton, Kathryn spent eight years honing her skills at other research and strategy consultancies, where she developed a passion for healthcare research. During her career, she’s led dozens of patient journeys, illuminations, and pipeline inspirations for some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical and consumer health companies. Kathryn received dual bachelor’s degrees in Management and English from Boston University.
Kathryn spends her summers indulging in Chicago’s endless array of museums, parks and restaurants. During the winters, she appreciates the city skyline from the warmth of her apartment, often while enjoying a political podcast or a fantasy novel. She is a travel enthusiast, a theater fanatic, and an unabashed cat lady.
