As Senior Director, Client Development & Strategy, Keshia leads Kelton’s client development team, driving client acquisition and growth initiatives for the business. She oversees the new business pipeline, leads project work and the business development process on key accounts, and partners with multi-disciplinary teams to create account strategies for Kelton and the broader LRW Group.
Keshia has close to a decade of experience using mixed-method insights to align client teams on the current state of their brand and category, with the goal of envisioning next steps for the future and delivering value and authenticity to all stakeholders. Prior to Kelton, Keshia worked in consumer insights at LRW, informing marketing strategy in CPG, retail, and tech, and developing the company’s social impact practice.
With a focus on international affairs and stakeholder modeling, she received her MPA from the University of Washington and held a research assistantship at the University of Southern California after completing her undergraduate Economics degree at UC San Diego.
Outside the office, Keshia loves to stay busy by trying new restaurants, listening to podcasts, live music, exploring LA, and planning her next trip. She is also a member and volunteer for the LA chapter of Step Up Women’s Network.
