Keshia is motivated by a deep understanding of consumer behavior and viewing this behavior from all angles. She’s particularly interested in branding challenges, and is eager to uncover how brands can deliver value and authenticity to their consumers. She craves the ability to be creative and analytical at the same time, making her role at Kelton the perfect fit.
Coming from an agency background in consumer insights at LRW, Keshia informed marketing strategy for CPG, retail, and tech clients. She also led the company’s social impact practice.
Prior to that, Keshia attended public policy school and received her MPA from the University of Washington, with a focus on international affairs and national security. She also completed a research assistantship at the University of Southern California’s Center for Risk and Economic Analysis of Terrorism Events, unlocking her interest in understanding human behavior. Keshia received her Bachelor’s degree from UC San Diego in International Studies and Economics.
Keshia enjoys trying new restaurants, listening to podcasts, and planning her next trip. Leaving no time left to spare, she is a member and volunteer for Step Up Women’s Network and is active in the Conscious Capitalism chapter of Los Angeles.
