Manager, Quantitative Research
As a Quantitative Research Manager, Mara supports the quant team throughout all phases of the research process. She particularly enjoys designing surveys that dig deep into the nuances of consumer behavior, and using data to help brands move forward on successful, innovative marketing strategies.
Prior to Kelton, Mara spent two years in D.C. at CEB, advising federal Chief Human Capital Officers on talent strategy, and building her love for understanding how human thoughts and perceptions translate into behavior. She also worked with CEB’s pro bono team to help non-profit organizations in the D.C. area develop scalable social media and brand strategies.
Mara graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Foreign Affairs and Arabic. Outside of work, Mara’s first love is travel, which you can often find her mixing with an affinity for outdoor adventure. On the weekends she’s in town, Mara enjoys spending her free time exploring Chicago with friends, taking in all the music, art, comedy, great food and drinks that the city has to offer.
