Design Opinions Ltd, Founder & CEO
Rob’s relationship with Kelton goes back many years and has grown steadily since. His principal role for Kelton is one of international fieldwork liaison and consultant – with a primary emphasis on the European market.
During most of his 20s and some of his 30s, Rob was based in Los Angeles, where he rose through the ranks of two locally-based international research agencies. His roles primarily centered on those of Project Manager/Director and he was privileged to work on numerous international studies for some fantastic clients, whilst using a full range of research methodologies.
When one of his former employers asked if he’d like to open and manage a European office for them, he jumped at the chance, and has been based in London ever since.
Rob is a graduate of the London School of Economics (LSE), specialising in statistics, psychology and operations. He is also passionate about design, speaks four languages (to varying levels of competence), is a persistent problem solver, and a naturally curious person.
If he’s not working, then he’ll probably be out exploring the world with his wife and kids, or trying not to crash his boys’ remote control aircraft – a skill he has yet to fully master.
