As Operations Manager in Kelton’s NY office, Alexandra strives to be the glue that keeps Kelton’s exceptional people together and help mend the tears in the plan when life happens. A self-proclaimed “super admin with mom vibes,” Alexandra immerses herself in knowing the multiple functions of the business to gain a better understanding of who and what she is supporting. A believer in people-centric business and advocate for the 4 Cs, clarity, compassion, communication, and consistency, she is excited by the opportunity to bring others together while increasing office efficiency and morale.
Prior to joining the team at Kelton Global, Alexandra’s passion for art and philanthropy brought her to work as Operations Coordinator at The Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts, a public charity where she implemented systems to streamline office efficiency, created internal processes to standardize workflows, administered IT, supported the Executive Director, and was part of the grant writing team. A longtime volunteer and lover of kids, she is on the fundraising committee of a youth arts nonprofit called Arts For All and volunteers regularly for others. She obtained her MFA in Fine Art Painting from Pratt Institute and is an avid painter and gallery hopper. In addition to her formal training, she is also a certified and insured face and body painter.
When Alexandra is not elbow deep in printer parts, answering calls and questions, and pondering how a cabinet door could have gone missing from the office kitchen, she is a CrossFit newbie, walks around the many parks surrounding her home in all types of weather, and keeps her high maintenance, Kuwaiti rescue cat, Caesar, entertained. Caesar is affectionately named after caesar salad.
