As Marketing Manager, Operations & Analytics, Emma works closely with the Marketing team to drive growth, brand awareness and improve client retention. Her responsibilities include optimizing our CRM to maximize efficiency and ROI, tracking and reporting on digital marketing performance, and designing eBooks and campaign content.
Prior to joining Kelton, Emma worked for several years in the commercial real estate industry supporting large teams of brokers with their administrative and graphic design needs, creating and editing hundreds of presentations and proposals. Emma received her BFA in Painting and Printmaking from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Originally from the Washington, DC area, Emma and her fiancé decided to escape the weather and recently moved to Los Angeles – seven blocks from the ocean to be exact. They feel like they live in a vacation and couldn’t be happier about their decision to switch coasts. When she’s not in the office, Emma is busy painting pet portraits and “Party Animals” (portraits of animals in their most festive attire) for her art company Emma Sage Fine Art. During breaks from painting animal fluff, you can find her either at the gym lifting weights, indulging in fancy doughnuts (it’s all about balance!), or taking long walks with her fiancé and son.
