As Director of Business Development, Jane is passionate about strategic thinking, thoughtful growth, and project management. She works to initially understand a range of significant business challenges and tactfully turn those challenges into solutions, most often in the form of integrated project plans. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to a position focused on nurturing and developing the Kelton business.
Prior to joining the Kelton team, Jane worked at Raden, an e-commerce “smart luggage” start-up. She focused on both marketing and operations and played an integral role in shaping brand voice and creative style. Previously, Jane worked at architecture firms on both the East and West coast. She developed proposals for potential new clients and worked on design documents throughout the progression of a number of projects. Before entering the workforce, Jane graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in English.
A lover of travel, food, and culture, Jane studied abroad in Rome for five months, eating her way through all of Italy. She also performed for two weeks straight at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland. When she’s not out exploring, Jane loves to cook at home to the music of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Hamilton.
