Kiki McCaslin
Who We Are

Kiki McCaslin

Project Manager, Qualitative Research, New York

As Project Manager, Qualitative Research, Kiki acts as a communication and relationship liaison between Kelton and our recruiting partners. Utilizing her strong background in project management, she has the ability to work on multiple projects at once, with great attention to detail for each project from kick-off to completion.

Kiki grew up in both Alexandria, Virginia and Columbia, South Carolina, and is a proud graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South. Despite majoring in History, she spent 8 years in the commercial real estate industry after graduation, initially as a marketing and research specialist for an office brokerage team, and most recently as a transaction manager with CBRE’s National Loan & Portfolio Sale Advisors, where she managed some of the industry’s largest and most complex transactions with values of up to $2.1 billion. She is excited to continue honing her project management skills at Kelton, while cultivating her curiosity in consumer behavior and the human experience.

Kiki has a wide variety of interests, and when she’s not working or running in Central Park she can be found exploring and eating her way through all five boroughs, while pleasantly assaulting each dog that crosses her path. She is also an avid enthusiast of museums, historical walking tours, and falling down Wikipedia rabbit holes, but is most happy when spending time with her friends and family.
