We worked with UHC to launch an internal communications program that helps employees better understand and apply the existing research to their work, making them feel more engaged with the customers they serve.
We started with a monthly editorial calendar that mapped out key points. Then, we created original content that brought insights to life with memorable narratives and arresting visuals. Our video production team produced a sizzle reel to generate buzz and spread internal awareness about the program’s launch.
Our team worked with UHC to distribute the video and content on a regular basis via the company’s internal platform, kicking off a new age of communication for its employees.
